Dundee man convicted of driving with incorrectly-sized registration plate

A Dundee man was fined for a motoring offence. Aaron Bell, 28, admitted that on September 27, at Brown Constable Street, he drove a car with an illegal registration plate, in that the registration mark was the incorrect size. Bell, of Balmerino Road, was fined £100.
