A Dundee man has been charged with carrying out two rapes in the city.
Malcolm Fraser, 40, of High Street in Lochee, appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court accused of multiple sex crimes.
Fraser faced two charges of raping a woman in Dundee.
Meanwhile, he is also accused of two sexual assaults of a woman.
And he is facing allegations of two counts of lewd, indecent and libidinous practices towards a child.
It is claimed that the alleged sex assaults and incidents of indecent practice took place over a period of several years at two locations in the city.
During an appearance on petition, held in private, Fraser made no plea or declaration in relation to a total of six charges.
The case was continued for further inquiries.
